Simple crusted pork tenderloin Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of - olive oil - 3 teaspoons of - mustard - 1 bunch of - parsley, pepper, salt - 1 - pork tenderloin (about 700 g) - 1 - puff pastry - 2 teaspoons of - heavy cream - 4 cloves of - garlic - 1- egg yolk.
Utensils: 1 frying pan - 1 brush - 1 salad bowl - 1 rolling pin - 1 baking tray - 1 oven - 1 cutting board cutting boards - 1 pitter 1 plate - 1 SaphirMatt Electrolux induction hob -

Phase 1
Put the olive oil in a frying pan and brown the filet mignon for 2 to 3 minutes over a very high heat, add salt and pepper at the end of cooking. When the fillet is nicely browned, remove it from the pan and leave to cool.


Phase 2
Meanwhile, in a bowl prepare an ointment with the cream, mustard, garlic and chopped parsley. Salt and pepper.


Phase 3
Unfold the puff pastry, place the filet mignon in the center and brush it generously with the ointment.


Phase 4
Cut the dough into “strips”, and fold each one so as to completely cover the filet mignon. Place everything on a buttered baking sheet.


Phase 5
Using a brush, brush the top with egg yolk.


Phase 6
Bake for 40 min at 180-200°C (thermostat 6-7), then serve in slices on a plate.
