Pan-fried tuna steak Ingredients: 1 - onion - 20 g of - butter - 1 teaspoon of - oil - 1 pinch of - salt - 500 g of - tuna steak.
Utensils: 1 Set 3 pans best pans- 1 Knife kitchen knives- 1 peeler peeler- 1 saucepan pots and pans- 1 brush -

Peel and finely slice the onion.
Phase 2
Melt the butter with the oil in a pan.
Phase 3
Pour in the chopped onion and cook over high heat, stirring often, until the onion begins to brown.

Then pour 1/3 glass of water and leave to simmerCook over medium heat until the water has evaporated. The onion is then brown and candied, add salt to taste and set aside.

Empty the pan of onions without cleaning it and place the tuna in the hot pan, cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Be careful, the tuna should not be overcooked because then it will become dry and tough.

When the tuna becomes slightly gray about a third of the way up, turn it over and let it cook on the other side for about 3 minutes.

Serve with buttered rice, candied onions and chopped coriander. Very simple but a treat. Season lightly with salt and pepper when serving.
