Portuguese-style baked cod Ingredients: olive oil - parsley - 2 onions - salt - pepper - 500 g of - cod - 500 g of - potatoes - 1 clove of - garlic - 2 eggs - cooked black olives.

Utensils:
- 1 Oven- ovens 1 saucepan- pots of pots 1 1 Gratin dish- oven dishes 1 pitter- 1 dish-
Total time: 1h30 Preparation: 1h Rest:- Cooking: 30 min
Phase 1
Soak the cod in cold water (change the water 2 to 3 times) the day before to desalinate it.

Phase 2
The next day, put the piece(s) of cod in boiling water and immediately remove the pan from the heat. Coverand leave for 20 min.

Phase 3
Drain the cod, remove the skin and bones, then tear it into strips.

Phase 4
Put them in a container and cover with hot milk and leave to infuse for 2 to 3 hours.

Phase 5
At the end of this time, cook the potatoes in water, keeping the skin; peel them and cut them into slices that are not too thin (if your slices are too large, cut them in half).

Phase 6
Cut the onions and garlic into slices and brown lightly in a little olive oil.

Phase 7
Then add the potatoes and mix lightly then add the drained cod.

Phase 8
Add a little olive oil, stir again lightly, trying not to make too much "puree"; drip to adjust the salt and pepper and leave to brown for 2 minutes (you should really feel the good taste of the olive oil).

Phase 9
Immediately pour the mixture into a gratin dish and put in a hot oven for about 10 minutes.

Phase 10
Serve in the oven dish, having previously sprinkled with parsley and decorated with sliced eggs and black olives.
