Easy turkey leg in a pressure cooker Ingredients: 1 tablespoon of - olive oil - 2 peppers - (optional, can be replaced by two carrots) 1 onion - pepper - 1 turkey leg - 300 g of - button mushrooms - fresh 1 shallot - 400 g of - potatoes - (finger or delicacy or larger ones cut into pieces) herbs de Provence - 1 cube of vegetable broth 75 cl of water.

- 1 casserole dish- 1 brush- €6.72 1 frying pan- 1 knife- kitchen knives 1 pitter-
Total time: 40 min Preparation: 15 min Rest:- Cooking: 25 min
Phase 1
Brown the turkey in the pressure cooker with olive oil, then remove it.
Phase 2
Slice and brown the shallots, onions, peppers and mushrooms in the pressure cooker.
Phase 3
Add the pepper, the vegetable stock cube, 50 cl of water and the Provence herbs. Return the turkey and close the casserole dish.
Phase 4
Leave to cook for 15 minutes from the rotation of the valve.
Phase 5
After 15 minutes, add the potatoes and 25 cl of water. Close the casserole dish and cook for 10 to 15 minutes from the time the valve turns.
