Phase 1
Finely cut the onion and brown it in two spoons of cooking oil (I use olive oil).
Phase 2
Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces (I remove the fat which is not pleasant to the bite) and add them to the onion, over medium heat.
Phase 3
Salt, pepper, and add the curry (the more, the better!).
Phase 4
When the chicken begins to brown, and the water evaporates, add the peas.
Phase 5
For folding, there will certainly be a model on the packaging of the brick sheets, but if this is not the case, you can always innovate by respecting this simple rule, the filling must be enclosed in the brick sheet. For example, put the filling in the center and fold the sheet into a square, or even into a foil... Let your imagination run wild!
Phase 6
For cooking, place your brickson a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, and put in the oven for 15 minutes, thermostat 6 (180°C).
Phase 7
Enjoy, it’s ready!
