Phase 1
Cut the pepper into small cubes (removing the skin with a peeler if possible, it is more digestible).
Phase 2
Brown them in a spoon of oil in a pan over low heat for about 10 min.
Phase 3
Add the ground beef with the crushed garlic clove then the herbs, spices, salt and pepper and a few drops of tabasco according to your taste.
Phase 4
Let the meat cook for 5 minutes (not too much otherwise it will be very dry), add 2 tablespoons of Mexican sauce.
Phase 5
Reheat the tortillas for 1 minute in the microwave or in the pan.
Phase 6
Place the beef mixture on top and add a little cheese, roll up and enjoy.
