Peel the potatoes and cook them in water, adding a good handful of parsley, a little salt and dried garlic.

Meanwhile, cook the sausages in water without adding anything for 15 minutes over medium heat.

Once the potatoes are cooked, drain them, taking care not to lose too much parsley while draining.

Once the sausages are cooked, keep them warm in hot water while you prepare the “sweet sauce”.
