Pork stir-fry with olives Ingredients: olive oil - 1 - onion - 1 knob of butter or margarine pepper salt - 800 g of - pork loin - 1 jar of - green olives - 1 tablespoon of - starch - 1 sprig of bay leaf.
Utensils: 1 frying pan - 1 frying pan - 1 knife - 1 blender - 1 pitter - 1 kitchen scale -

Phase 1
Cut the pork into large cubes and brown it in olive oil in a frying pan.
Phase 2
When it starts to brown, add the chopped onion. Leave to brown againLower the heat by adding a large knob of butter, salt, pepper and bay leaf. Moisten copiously with water. Leave to simmer for about half an hour.
Phase 3
Take out the pieces of pork and put a blender into the sauce to very finely chop the onions (unless you prefer to find the pieces).
Phase 4
Return the meat to the frying pan, add the olives and a tablespoon of starch previously diluted in cold water.
Phase 5
Leave to simmer again over low heat.
