Phase 1
Brown chopped onion and garlic in oil.
Phase 2
Add the seeded tomato cut into small cubes, the chopped bird's eye pepper, the washed and drained lentils, the curry according to your taste (about a teaspoonafé), salt and pepper.
Phase 3
Cover with water until it is 1 or 2 cm above the lentils. Bring to a boil, cover and cook for about 15 minutes.
Phase 4
The red lentils cook quickly: it is better to monitor closely if you prefer them to keep their shape. Otherwise, we obtain a puree which is not unpleasant either.
Phase 5
Serve sprinkled with a little chopped fresh coriander, with rice and a salad, it makes a complete vegetarian meal.
