Preparation:

Cooking:

Phase 1
Cut the chicken into small dice about 1 cm thick.

Phase 2
For the marinade, mix the soy sauce and the nuoc mam sauce with the peeled and chopped garlic cloves, as well as the small chili pepper cut into small slices and deseeded.

Phase 3
Leave the meat to marinate for as long as possible, at least 30 min.

Phase 4
Prepare your vegetables:

Phase 5
Cut carrots and peppers into small sticks, they will soften easily when cooked.

Phase 6
Slice the onions into thin strips.

Phase 7
Heat the oil on the wok, and add the onions to gently brown them. When they start to brown slightly, add carrot and peppers. Stir frequently and cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Then reserve on a separate plate.

Phase 8
Drain the chicken a little, reserving the marinade, and brown it in the wok. It should start to brown nicely. Pepper generously.

Phase 9
When the chicken starts to turn golden, add the vegetables, stir well, and gradually add the leftover marinade, the bottom should not stick. Add the handful of soybeans.

Phase 10
Stir everything well, and taste the vegetables and chicken regularly, because when it comes to vegetables, you can like them more or less crunchy.
