Kale with sausages Ingredients: 1- onion- 150 g of- coarse salt bacon- 1- kale- 2- Montbéliard or Morteau sausages- 1 tablespoon of- fat to your liking (personally, I use a mixture of butter and olive oil).
Utensils: 1 casserole dish - 1 kitchen knife - 1 saucepan - 1 brush - 1 lid

Phase 1
In a casserole dish, boil water with coarse salt.
Phase 2
Cut the cabbage into 4, remove the core, slice and rinse with plenty of water.
Phase 3
Blanch the cabbage 15 to 20 minutes from when it resumes boiling.
Phase 4
Drain the cabbage and discard thecooking water.
Phase 5
In the same casserole dish, brown the previously chopped onion with the bacon in the fat.
Phase 6
Add the precooked cabbage and place the sausages on top.
Phase 7
Cover 3/4 with water.
Phase 8
Cook over medium heat for 1 to 2 hours depending on whether you use a pressure cooker or a traditional one.
