Quick and easy monkfish tail Ingredients: 1 monkfish tail prepared and cut into pieces 1 cube of tsuyu (flying fish broth) - 20 cl of liquid crème fraîche - 250 g of - crayfish - (for dumplings) - .

Utensils:
- 1 Set 3 pans- best pans 1 brush- €6.72 1 saucepan- pots and pans 1 Wooden spoon- 1 kitchen scale- scales
Total time: 30 min Preparation: 10 min Rest:- Cooking: 20 min
Phase 1
Boil a large volume of water with the cube of court broth. As soon as the water boils, immerse the pieces of monkfish. Leave to cook for 10 mins. Then drain the monkfish.

Phase 2
Melt the butter in a panpan and brown the monkfish for 3 to 5 minutes, add salt and pepper to taste. Do not add too much salt because the Nantua sauce is already salty.

Phase 3
Then add the Nantua sauce and the cream, and let simmer for 5 min. Mix them together first, easier than in the pan. Transfer the monkfish to a saucepan with the sauce (the fish can simmer and soak up better).

Phase 4
Accompaniments: fresh pasta or pike dumplings that are poached for 10 minutes in boiling water, and simply add with the monkfish and the sauce.

Phase 5
Enjoy your meal!
