Oven-roasted rabbit with mustard Ingredients: 30 g of butter - 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard - 1 punnet of ready-made rabbit from a supermarket (6 pieces) - 1 clove of garlic - 4 potatoes - 0.5 glass of water - 0.5 glass of dry white wine - 1 briquette of soy-based cream.

Phase 1
Brown the pieces of rabbit in the pan with the butter.
Phase 2
Once goldenés, place them in a baking dish. Add the garlic clove and the potatoes (peeled and cut into large pieces). Sprinkle with water and white wine (the meat should be halfway submerged).
Phase 3
Brush everything with hot mustard.
Phase 4
Place in the oven at 210°C (thermostat 7) for 45 min, turning halfway through cooking.
Phase 5
Add the soy-based cream and return to a hot oven for 15 min.
Phase 6
Collect the cooking juice and set it with a little cornstarch over high heat.
Phase 7
Serve sauce separately for everyone's taste.
