Oven-roasted rabbit that cooks by itself Ingredients: 4- tomatoes depending on size- 1- onion- 1 large handful of- plain bacon (if you have any) fresh thyme (if possible) bay leaf olive oil Guérande salt freshly ground pepper rabbit in pieces- 8- "Roseval" potatoes, according to the appetite of the table- 3 cloves of- garlic- 1 small glass of- dry white wine.

Phase 1
In a large baking dish,Lightly brown the sliced onion at 180°C (th 6), in a base of olive oil, with any bacon.
Phase 2
Meanwhile, cut the washed potatoes in half lengthwise (without peeling them!).
Phase 3
Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
Phase 4
Take your dish out of the oven. Don't burn yourself, it's hot... Place the pieces of rabbit, potatoes, tomatoes comfortably. Drizzle with olive oil.
Phase 5
Add the white wine, the degermed garlic cloves and crushed with a knife.
Phase 6
Place the thyme and bay leaves. A few turns of the pepper mill. A Guérande salt pier. And presto! In the oven at 200°C (th 7), for approximately 50 minutes.
Phase 7
Water from time to time during cooking, turning the pieces of rabbit at the same time. The rabbit should be golden and caramelized.
Phase 8
If you add smoked bacon, remember not to add too much salt!
