My Moroccan bread for tagine in MAP Ingredients: 500 g of - flour - 1 sachet of - baker's yeast - 2 teaspoons of - salt - 30 cl of - lukewarm water.
Utensils: 1 oven, 1 frying pan, 1 electric slow cooker, 1 kitchen scale, scales

Phase 1
Pour into the MAP in the order: lukewarm water, then flour, and in the center of the flour (without touching the water) the yeast.


Phase 2
In one corner of the flour, add the 2 teaspoons of salt.


Phase 3
Start the “dough” program on your bread machine.


Phase 4
Check during kneading that the dough forms a homogeneous ball and that it does not stick to the walls,otherwise add water or on the contrary, if it is too wet add flour.


Phase 5
When the map program is finished, take it out and divide the dough into 4.


Phase 6
Flatten the first piece of dough with your hands to form a pancake with a diameter of approximately 15 cm (by 3 cm thick.)


Phase 7
Proceed in the same way with the other 3 pieces of dough and leave to rest on a clean cloth for 30 minutes in a warm place (next to the oven for example).


Phase 8
Heat the pan over medium heat. Place the pancake on top without fat and cook for 5 minutes on each side.
