Easy wild boar stew Ingredients: For the marinade: - 3 sprigs of - thyme - 3 - bay leaves - 0.5 teaspoon of - cayenne pepper - 5 - onions - 2 kg of - wild boar cut into cubes - 1 bottle of - burgundy (or a good wine of your choice) For cooking: - 75 g of - flour - 100 g of - smoked bacon - 8 - carrots - 1 fillet - olive oil - 1 pinch of - salt - 1 pinch of - pepper - 1- stock cube.
Utensils: 1 salad bowl 1 lid 1 wooden spoon 1 bowlcotte- 1 Set 3 frying pans best frying pans- 1 pitter 1 kitchen scales-

Phase 1
In a large salad bowl, place the wild boar, cut onions, thyme, bay leaf, cayenne pepper and wine.
Phase 2
Mix everything well, cover and leave to marinate for 2 days in the fridge.
Phase 3
Cooking: Drain the meat and onions, reserve the marinade. In a casserole dish, add olive oil and brown the pieces of meat.
Phase 4
Remove the pieces of meat, add a little olive oil and brown the onions.
Phase 5
Add the carrots.
Phase 6
Add the meat to the onions, salt, pepper and add the marinade.
Phase 7
Precook the bacon in a pan to degrease them.
Phase 8
Drain the bacon add them to the mixturevet.
Phase 9
Dilute the stock cube in 50 cl of hot water which is also added to the stew.
Phase 10
Cook gently, covered, for 1 hour 30 minutes.
Phase 11
Put the flour in a salad bowl, pour in a little lukewarm water, mix well so that there are no lumps.

Add the cooking juices and pour into the stew.

Mix well and cook for another 30 minutes over low heat.
