Caramelized diced chicken and sesame seeds Ingredients: 5 tablespoons of - Suzi Wan® soy sauce - 3 tablespoons of - honey - 4 - chicken breasts - 2 tablespoons of - cornstarch - 2 tablespoons of - cold water - 1 tablespoon of - chopped garlic - 1 tablespoon of - sesame seeds - 25 g of - sugar - 25 cl of - water sunflower oil - 300 g of cooked rice for accompaniment.

Phase 1
Cut the chicken breasts into cubes.
Phase 2
In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with the water. Once the mixture is homogenous, transfer it to a saucepan. Stir. Allow to thicken and reduce over low heat.
Phase 3
In another saucepan, combine the water, garlic, sugar, honey and Suzi Wan® soy sauce. Bring slowly to a boil.
Phase 4
Pour the sunflower oil into a pan. When the oil is hot, add the chicken.
Phase 5
Saute until completely cooked.
Phase 6
Incorporate the salty sauce prepared previously.
Phase 7
Let the diced chicken caramelize.
Phase 8
Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving, accompanied by rice.
