Spaetzle Ingredients: ½ glass of - mustard - water (or beer) 400 g of - flour - 4 eggs.

Phase 1
In a salad bowl put the flour then the whole eggs and the water (or beer it is a little less dry in the end).
Phase 2
Then mix everything with a whisk (the ideal is to have a robot that mixes by itself!!) until you obtain a homogeneous dough without lumps and especially not liquid!
Phase 3
Heat a large saucepan with water and a gold kub and as soon as the water is hot you can pour the dough into it either with the special spaetle grater or otherwise cut the dough on a board into small pieces 2 or 3cm long and 0.5mm wide, it's up to you to see how you like it.
Phase 4
Wait for it to rise to the surface and remove them with a slotted spoon then put them in a colander and continue until you no longer have any dough.
Phase 5
Then you can grill them in a pan with a little oil or serve them like this.
