Kenzo's steamed Chinese donuts (dim sum) Ingredients: For the dough: 1 tablespoon of - rice vinegar - (or white spirit vinegar, that works too) 5 cups of - flour - 1 tablespoon of - oil - 2 sachets of - baking powder - 6 tablespoons of - sugar - 1 cup of - water For the stuffing: 2 onions - 1 tablespoon of - olive oil sesame - (or normal oil, failing that) 400 g of - meat - of your choice (filet mignon, turkey, etc...) 2 tablespoons of - soy sauce - 300 g of - Chinese cabbage - and leek for example -.

Utensils:
-1 Chinese- 1 Skimmer- 1 fryer- 1 1 frying pan- 1 wok- 1 brush- €6.72 1 Wooden spoon- 1 Heating blender- Heating blender 1 kitchen scale- scales
Total time: 35 min Preparation: 15 min Rest:- Cooking: 20 min
Phase 1
Prepare the dough by mixing the flour, yeast, oil, sugar.


Phase 2
Then add the water with the vinegar little by little, until the paste has the consistency of an ear.


Phase 3
Leave to rest for 1 hour (or at least 1/2 hour).


Phase 4
Prepare the stuffing by browning the onions in the sesame oil in a wok or pan. Add the meat cut into very small pieces, brown it slightly.


Phase 5
Separately, you can melt leeks with chopped Chinese cabbage in a pan.had sesame oil, then you will mix them with the meat.


Phase 6
Add the soy sauce, mix and evaporate.


Phase 7
Take a ball of dough the size of your wrist.


Phase 8
Spread it out on a well-floured work surface and press it into a 15 cm circle.


Phase 9
Put a fairly large pile of stuffing in the middle, then close the dough in a purse.


Phase 10
Pinch the top of the purse and turn slightly.


Phase 11
Turn the donuts upside down and put them in a steamer (all types can be used).


Phase 12
Repeat this Phase until the appliance is full, then cook for around 20-25 minutes with steam (obviously!).


Phase 13
Enjoy with sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce.
